Never call me SIR! I never even made it as far as my avatar, I was a lowly buck sergeant. I worked for my paycheck, what little there was.

I had the pleasure of meeting the real Adrian Cronauer (Robbin Williams' character in "Good Morning Vietnam!") last summer at our Rolling Thunder event here in NJ. The guy is quite a character and believe me, he's as funny as all get out.

So, after he had gotten done talking to a whole group of us about the making of the movie and his life in general, I spoke up at the end and said, "Well, it's been a real pleasure meeting you, Sir."

With that he blurted out, "Don't call me Sir, my parents were married!"

Bob, I think you wanted to put this in the events section didn't you? That is where I made the reference to Adrian. I think, anyway.
