[img]Got this army jeep from a man that owed my father money back in early to mid 90's. He died. The man bought the jeep at an auction. He had to weld it back together. We cranked it drove it. Didn't put front drive shaft in it and needed brake work. We drove it around just to see if it ran good(ran great) and parked it. He never paid us so we kept it. We haven't cranked it since. Drove it to where it sits now. Pine trees grew up around it. We have a major highway coming through the middle of our shop. I have a hill full of heavy equipment that I will have to move. I got to thinking about this jeep......I glanced it over and notice that if I 't put it in a shed or fix it up its gonna rust away and be wasted. I don't have time to fix up a jeep as I have trucks and heavy equipment and old cars and motorcycles etc....... I have decided to sell it. We have no title. I cannot guarantee anything about the jeep. There is no way to know what kind of deterioration it has since the 90's. From a quick glance and time to snap quick photos...I can see the seats rotted away...and it has rust in many places. It has some wooden blocks that have rotted away in back floorboard. I am not sure why we left them there. The rust...well...I cant really pinpoint..it is just all over in common areas. Seams....in the back above bumpers...pretty much lots of places but the jeep is still intact as a whole pretty much. IT has been in Georgia this whole time so it could have been worse if somewhere else. It has lots of flat panels so I assume that any rust areas are easily fixed with weld in pieces. I am sure that if you buy this jeep you are an enthusiast and you are going to restore it no matter what condition. It can't be much different or worse than any other similar jeep. I have decided to just take pics of how it has sat the last 20 years. I haven't drug it out of the pine trees and washed it up for sale. This is as honest as it can get! I don't have to sell it but it would be nice to sell it before it ruins.
Please don't be rude and act like a wheeler and dealer and try to bribe and haggle me. It is what it is and I have no reason to lie. I don't need to sell it for any kind of desperate reason. I buy and sell heavy equipment and trucks for my business. I am offering a sale of something with no hidden info. It is exactly as I say. You could fix it and drive it around your farm like it is but I would assume you want to totally go through the body and fix rust spots and and restore. I can take P-ay-P-al as payment and deposit. Or, Cash or a mailed money order. Verified funds only. Call and hopefully text: 70six-four three 1- 7eight20 and I like text messages. I am usually on a piece of machinery daily and its hard to talk on the phone. I am also in bad cell phone reception areas. Thanks
