So I have the following "left over" from a couple of other A2 projects I bought. At first I thought I might be able to scavenge some parts if needed, but there's really not much there that I could use (other than perhaps cutting off frame pieces or floor boards.
This originally came out of Camp Shelby when they were crushing M151s and stacking them on trailers. This one seems to have made it out with most of the frame intact, though the body panels obviously suffered significant damage.
Can this be restored or is it too far gone? It is certainly beyond my capabilities/desires, but if there's anyone that's worked on something like this before, I'd love to hear about it. If this looks like a project for you, let me know. Located about an hour outside of Dallas if anyone is interested in taking a look at it. I'd hate to see it scrapped if it can somehow be saved.

Re: Crushed Frame
The frame is twisted. I have one similar to that where the frame is bent down behind the rear differential.
