Just received this A2 here in Florida. The body is pretty beat up, but the metal is all solid. The hardest work with the body will be to straighten the lower side rails.

Unfortunately, it was sold as a 1977 AMG, but this A2 is a 1970 Ford. No data plate or Budd plate. I need to figure out the serial number, get a data plate and matching Budd plate so I can make it correctly marked.

The tranny is rough. I'll likely swap it out.

Bubba had his way with this one, but not too damaging. The engine has lots of copper paint on the intake, exhaust, and carb. Looks like they were trying to fix a vacuum leak. lots of RTV. The pintle was removed, and a receiver type tailer hitch was installed. I'll have to cut that off the rear suspension cross member.

The ROPS has cup holders, front and back. The rear seat brackets were moved up high, so the rear seat sits nearly even with the fender tops. All that are easy fixes.

Missing: batter cover, parts of the air filter, horn button kit, pintle, top bow, spare.

I'll need to replace a couple of the gauges, and I suspect the brake and clutch will need work. Windshield is broken badly and will need replacement.

Tires are shot. I'll need to source a set of NDCC... probably from Coker.

All in all, not too terrible. This one cost more than the last one, and is not as nice, but it can be restored and will make a very nice mutt.

I purchased my Firestones from Summit Racing. Was 2 years ago and I don't recall specific price, but it was the best deal I found on-line.

Are you sure it is an actual 70? He told me it had the later style front fenders on it. Summit seems to be the goto place for tires, I am pretty sure they have free shipping.

Rick said I passed on this nice Mutt. Sounds like it needs work too. Oh well, I wish you the best. BTW My Pintle hook was removed also on my M151 purchase.
I need a set of new tires also. Tell me what to expect pricewise. Thanks, Mike
