M151A2 For Sale

Unread post by AlaskaMutt » July 23rd, 2018, 11:49 pm

I have a 1969 M151A2 Mutt in good condition for sale. It has new brake shoes, a new master brake cylinder, new wheel cylinders, a new steering gear box, a PRC-25 radio, two new 100 ampere generators, netting, new seat cushions, new batteries, a machine gun pedestal, a winter grill cover and an antennae base. It starts and runs well. The top of the tub has a few small spots that can use some paint. The bottom of the tub could use some undercoating, but please note that there is no rust-through anywhere on this vehicle. Four of the tires are in like new condition. All of the lights and all of the blinkers work. Some of the gauges are not working.

I can't figure out how to post photo's but if you email me at fn249s@gmail.com I will send them to you. I am asking 14,000 0B0 for this Jeep. I can be contacted at 907-306-0000. I am located at 9235 Commons Place Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Thank you for looking!

1969 would have been an A1, they did not make the A2 until 1970. If you put your pictures on Postimage you can then copy and paste them here.

Nice! you do not see many with the 100 amp option although I do notice he has the voltage regulator cooling disconnected. I see it was an A1 motor at one time but the side scuppers give it away as well as the emissions canister as a 75 or later A2. As clean as that is I wonder if the body tag is still there?

He states he has the netting for it. There's no ROPS installed. How would one install the netting? Just wondering....

It is a camo net that covers the entire vehicle.

Told you, Up there a camo net will keep out those blood sucking birds!!

AlaskaMutt, that is a nice looking rig, the biggest problem I think you are going to have with a sale down this way is shipping. I would guess it would cost several thousand bucks to ship it to the continental states.

I think you mean contiguous and not continental. Only something an ocd surveyor would look twice at.
