Early in New Mexico. Script plate looks like a 2D to me which would match for around 62. Mix of parts. Mag rims. $12,000

"Appears all original under the hood" Um, not even close! It DOES have the original air cleaner. Tail lights, turn signals, ignition switch, head light switch. Under the hood you have the 60 amp alternator, no vacuum pump, electric fuel pump that must be really loud mounted there, No oil pressure safety switch, welded together exhaust pipes.

In it's favor it has the correct hood and windshield, parking brake and one correct seat. But wrong hood latches

I like the ambulance, that seems to be a clean little truck, I would probably even think about getting if it would be possible to travel (and the price would move a little bit)

The first one in Dallas has the passenger half of the dash board removed, with an aluminum plate pop riveted over the hole. It needs a battery floor and some other repairs. It has a home made or after market roll bar, and some sort tow bar mount welded to the front bumper and bumper horns.

No title or transferable registration. No brakes. The in-tank fuel pump does not function. He was able to run it on a separate pump. No 25 amp generator, and only two belts on the engine, so it may have a 60 amp alternator.

Yes, I made him an offer.

Here is a response from Huntsville:

I asked: "What are you asking for the M151? does it have a title? is it running now?"

His response: "7800.00 cash only, no title as they were not issued in my state until 1975, as i stated it was running when stored but will require some effort to get it running again"

I would not buy it when he was offering to give $250, why would I go for $150? Next thing you know, he'll be asking someone to give him money for it!!!

That's far east Texas.

They do things a little differently over there.
