It would be appreciated that if you post an item for sale, and subsequently sell the item or decide not to sell it, go back and edit the title of the post to indicate its not longer available.

For example: original title - tool kit for sale
when sold: edited title - tool kit for sale (SOLD)

This way people can tell if the item is still available or not even when the post gets a little old.... and avoids a bunch of posts asking if its still available....

Thanks,
Jim

Hi, I sold my 1961 Mutt for static display. I don't remember how to delete it. Can you help? Carroll

Just add "sold" to the title. Deleting the add would confuse everyone else after that since none of the posts after the deleted one would reference anything.
I can delete the entire thread if you would like me to. I don't think there is anything there of consequence to anyone.
