1969 M151 A2 For Sale *** SOLD ***

Unread post by Johns_69_MUTT » June 17th, 2014, 5:56 pm

I have a 1969 M151A2 that has never been cut and is in great condition. It is currently titled and tagged in the state of Maryland. It has a build date of 03/69, so it is a Ford vehicle even though the title say AMGN (AM General). This offer includes a very nice M416 trailer, with a cover, as well as 4 mounted street tires. As you can see from the pictures, the doors, top, and side curtains are in good shape. It has been in our family for less than 2 years and has about 7,900 miles showing on the odometer.

Additional pictures may be found at –

If you feel that there is an area of the jeep that is not shown in the photos, email me, jjnolan@rocketmail.com, and I will see what I can do about providing additional details.

I am asking USD $15,000 or best offer for both the jeep and trailer. It is currently located north of Baltimore, in White Hall, MD 21161. The point of contact is Susan and she can be reached at (410) 557-9460.

That has to be a late 73 or newer since they did not make the A2 until 70 and that has emissions which started around 73. And it would have to be an AMG since Ford lost the contract in 71.

It is an AM General because it has side drains.
Mfg date was created for registration purposes.

It is definitely a marine unit, I looked through all the pictures and it has the fording valve and all the Marine goodies. You are right, they have been added since they do not match. I have seen later marine versions with the Army hubs but this one has been changed. I don't think I would let that be a deal breaker.
