Just so everyone knows, this is a private party sale. Government Liquidation no longer does the vehicle sales for the government. That was taken over by Iron Planet.

Wow, looks like there was a lot of parts swapping between the two trucks. The USMC truck was a non winch truck because you can tell by the paper clips on the front bumper. The winch truck was USA as you can see the marking on the tailgate. Normally a winch truck will have all the parts installed and the one with the winch is missing the PTO lever in the cab and the trans hump isn't bolted down. The winch truck also has the USMC data plate on it. Too much plate swapping and these frames have the vin numbers stamped into the left side and match the data plate.
