M151A3 on eBay

Unread post by Vzike » October 6th, 2015, 8:19 am

Well.... here is one for the record books!

I don't think I would advertise that a 1965 M151 VIN was substituted for the original Encore VIN that the vehicle was made under. Also, using the brand name FORD has to be an issue. That has to be totally illegal, even in Las Vagas. I suspect some swapping of data plates takes place, and maybe some creative ways to get some of the MUTT titles and registrations, but I don't think I would state that in an ad.

I would love to have that! There are some things that concern me. The locking differentials and disc brakes. There was a member on here a while ago that built a 151 with all of the goodies from overseas including the lockers and disc brakes. That vehicle was stolen and never recovered. And that is the area it was stolen from. These parts are almost impossible to find. Makes you wonder where those parts came from. I am going to try to find him and forward this to him. It was Muttvet if anyone here has any contact with him.
