I was a middle man on this, gave my friend a contact number and I bailed out.

You might also consider a RT-246 rather than the RT-524, especially if you don't really care if it works. Considering all options often means less expense. Not always, but sometimes... and the RT-246 plus the R-442 is an earlier, yet still legitimate combo for the M151s.
