Heater Switch Data Plate

Okay guys just a shot in the dark but does anyone have an extra heater on/off switch plate lying around? I talked to Jeff from Front Line Mil Veh and he told me that he has them as part of the heater installation kit. I found a decent one on EBay which included the switch but of course someone thinks its made of gold and ran the price up to a point that I don't think its worth it.

I checked out Saturn surplus but they are different. I looked at the website Floyd suggested and they are exactly what I need.
