WTB: Early 1960 Ford M151 Parts

Unread post by Austringer » January 12th, 2015, 11:15 am

Struck a deal on what appears to be an early 1960 Ford M151 yesterday (riveted panel behind seats, 4 latch battery box, 2 cowl vents, gas can carrier strap hole in rear panel, etc), still has the body tag, just can't see the numbers yet and the body is very nice with just about perfect underbody.

Need the following items:

1. Early transmission - have excellent A1 transmission for trade (please see pictures below of #1. Shows the retainer on the rear and the boss for the retainer on the front)
2. Early 2 hole windshield with correct defroster vents and canvas covered hinges
3. Early hood
4. 4 latch battery cover or a good picture of one that I can make a 2 latch into one
5. Early spare tire retainer and stamped wingnut
6. Transmission cover with shift pattern data plate on it
7. Early contract engine dataplate.

Nope, most people just throw these parts away as they are so common. :-)
