Any good leads or anyone have one for sale. I have a friend asking for one.

Got a lot of NOS parts heater core blower some hoses switch resistor wiring nameplates bra twist connectors valves nipples.
A good start for short money.

sorry if this offends but I got flack for it for years from my Ex boss..

you say "hot water heater"
he would say "whats a HOT water heater?" its a water heater because why would you want to heat up HOT water?

sorry every time I see or hear that it makes me laugh
By the end of it I was calling it a H2O Temp raiser upper

no thats more "ill get you help" now mind I'm doing a 2.4 million dollar house **total demolish and rebuild*** over a year later I have had 3 yes 3 days of help from a guy that quit after 3 days. and he didn't pay OT.. so after I finished the house I said see ya.. did a 5k square foot house 2 story, 15 rooms, elevator, 6 bay garage, 2 panel *one for upstairs, one for downstairs* inside and outside lighting, Pool 3 phase 2 250 amp disconnects, all at a lovely price of 11$ an hour.. when I should have been making 25+ an hour with OT.

best part was he wanted me to do a w4 5 months later.. so he could "claim me" as a write off. I laughed at him

Sorry, I just can't resist this..........

Hot Water Heater is correct.

The unit does not heat water. It is a HEATER. If it did, it would be a Water Heater.

This type of heater is a HOT WATER Heater, as opposed to an electric heater or a gas fired heater.

That thing in your closet that leaks water all over the place every five years..... that's a WATER HEATER!!!
