Part wanted

The more I do on my M151A2 the more I find needs doing. Generally I have been able to find the parts but one eludes me: the cover for the light on the turn indicator switch. It is the model with the bulb on the switch housing, not the one with the bulb on the end of the stalk.

Can anyone help please?
