Who wants to see some more?
I'll take that as a "yes".

Here's batch 7 with some more very nice and unusual vehicles at the show.
Enjoy....

We're coming to the end of the War and Peace photos....tomorrow's batch 10 is the last. But don't worry, there's a whole new batch to come from the "Yanks" event of last weekend.

Hey Ken.
Thanks for all the pics!
I just spent 2 days with the owner of BAIV and his son!
I am trying to get to your side of the pond next year!
Recon trip for how we can make our rally more like W&P. :D :D :D
How many acres do they use?
I have 115 available to us ,Is that enough?
As always
Best regards

The big problem with a show like that here is the public, they do not have the enthusiasm that the Europeans have. Those people LIVED it they were on the lines, behind the lines and under the lines. Over here we have no idea what it is like to have our country be over run and taken over by a fascist regime. And then to be liberated. They will never forget that. The people over here just don't get it, never will I am afraid. Till it is too late.

Look at your show, or any other military show in this country and tell me who is there? It is other military show people. They own trucks or know people there that own trucks. You can count the number of public that come in off the street at the biggest shows as at best maybe a couple hundred.

Rick,
We had 3500 civilians thru our gates at the last rally!
750 plus at our reenactment! alone!
People want to see history in motion, be it Jeeps to tanks!
What I want to portray is the in campment.
How our men really lived day to day.
Rick I want to show the world how you lived for a year! What you gave up to fulfil your contract with this great nation!
I have a promoter and a land owner that are all in! on this project!
I need people that want to get behind this project!

I'm sick and tired of hearing it can't be done here in the states!
Yes it can! get behind it and push!
I'm sorry its not in your back yard!
You help me , I'll make sure your here!
BRING IT!!!!!
I Still love you!!! :) :) :) :)

Then things are a lot different in Fla.than in most other places where the shows are hurting. There was just a write up in one of the mags about that. I am all for it and I wish more people would get involved. As far as me personally getting involved that is probably not going to happen. My health is just not getting any better and my mobility is not good enough to run around like I used to. Just standing is hard anymore. I have good days and bad but they are becoming more uneven as time goes on. I do want to get to one of the shows though.
