That is delicious. Thanks Ralph! Is there a story that comes with that one?

No story there. I am originally from Denver, Colorado and now live where it never snows. I found the picture, and just liked using it as my desktop background for awhile.

One of these days I want to live someplace where 12 months a year, the climate fits my preferred mode of dress. Shorts, t shirt, boat shoes, and sunglasses. 8)

Raymond

P.S. Is it April yet :?:

Raymond:
I see you have your avatar up and running. Sounds like you might want to check out Hawaii as a place to wear shorts all year. I was there for three years, and really liked it (Schofield Barracks). There were several couples that felt like they were living on a "rock". Oahu is approximately 120 miles around.

Ralph,
Small world... the Navy stationed me at the NavCommSta at Wahiawa for 2 years in 1968 and our base was only 3 miles NE of Schofield Barracks. I lived in an apartment in Wahiawa the whole time. Great duty, great beaches and we wore shorts pretty much all year long. Need to get back there some day to visit.
