Floyd: Thanks for your comments. Just come on over and join us. Pretty girls, great nature, the best beer. What else to ask?!

And yes - the trailers are kind of rare here I would say...

Rick: I agree. In Czech you have to have a license if you want to posses a firearm. It´s a process of background checking, learning about 400 test answers, hadling safety, and shooting. So if you have a license - you KNOW. That was surely a dummy gun, but you know kids...It´s their parents fault that they let their children handling guns this way. Besides people are not allowed to carry/handle real guns in such military meetings.

Yeah those are some amazing pictures Czech! Damn that does look like a ton of fun. Loved the shot of the beers on the fender. That is exactly how I like to camp. Beers, big camp fires, guns, and 4X4s can really make for a good time. If all handled in proper proportions... well with the one exception of the beers :)

Okay, here it comes! A fresh pile of pics directly from the heart of Europe. The pictures were taken last weekend at an annual military vehicle enthusisast meeting in the northeastern part of the Czech republic. Among others, there is a 6 wheeler, Perrini MUTT, and some other oddities. There are 100 something pictures - so god be mercifull to your internet connection. Hope you enjoy!

WOW, A lot of people with dial up connections are going to hate this one, I LOVE it though! I notice a lot of radio antenaes but no radios?
I was thinking (this does not happen often!) We here in USA take for granted that at a huge meet like that everyone will be speaking the same language. I would guess that is not the case over there? What is the predominate language?

LOL, another reason for them to get a broadband connection! I just had to share. This is only a quarter of the pictures I took over the weekend though... Okay - the antennas are easy to find here, but not the radios. That is the reason. The majority of the people were Czechs, as the meeting was in the Czech republic. Some people came from Poland, some from Germany, and Austria. Since Polish language is somewhat close to Czech, after a few beers we usually can talk :D
And if not, then English works, I also speak some German - so there is not a problem. It is not like in USA when everyone speaks the same language in such a huge area. People in Europe speak more than onle language mostly.

Even with dial up, the pictures were worth waiting for. Looks like a nice collection of MV's and like a lot of fun
was had by everyone.

Thank you for sharing the pictures.

Nice pics. I'm not sure I like that glossy one either. But it looks like a poop brown to me in my monitor. Maybe I'd like it better if it where black.

BTW: I have broadband internet, and it still is a bit slow (from photobucket servers) in loading all the pics. I can't even imagine what time it might take to load all of these pics with a dial-up connection!

They wouldn't all load up on dial up. The connection times out before all the pics get downloaded. I run dial up at my store to save money and believe me it wouldn't do very well.

Oh and I think I can add to your report that a serious good time was had by all... :)

The gloss Black one was the "perini" mutt. Its like the italian version of the "encore" mutt sold here.
Aftermarket body, assembled with demilled mutt parts, and some custom parts.

Hey Jay, as far as I know nobody does. I mean none of my friends. It is a bit too far for us. I would like to go, but cannot afford it right now, lack of time and money

Others: Yeah - the glossy black one (I think it was metallic black) was one of the Perrini MUTTs. This rig actually won the constest. A sneaky about 20mile trial road through the forrest. Everyone hated it though, mainly because it was a MILITARY vehicle meeting, this vehicle would be okay for a beach, but not for such a meeting. Anyway - I talked to the owner and he seemed to be a nice dude. Just different attitude. Glad you enjoyed the pics. There will be more coming if I find something interesting.
