Shiloh, Ohio 2010
Here is what I have of the Shiloh videos and pictures. There was a local TV station and a few cameras being used so a few more pictures may surface in the near future. The attendance was much larger than I had originally anticipated, and it was a great success. As a second annual event, the attendance was nearly 4 times that of the first show. Ohiomgman, snock, Shawshank, and myself were the G838 representing members, along with 4 other M151 owners got together on Friday and Saturday. Shawshank had is A2, Snock drove his CUCV, and omgm's 151 was not out of his garage yet, so he rode along with me for some 4 wheeling on the acres of trails and mud obstacles. From M274 mules to deuce wreckers, and up to a 5 ton truck with hemmitt tires took off through the woods and mud pits available to use for as much fun as you and your MV could handle.
Snock and ohiomgman
Shawshank, who joined the G838 while on the cross country convoy 2009
Only 3 M151's on site so here's some of the other vehicles that attended
Friday night the venue provided a fish fry and feast for those in attendance
Food is a great way to pass the time and talk to other MV owners
The Ohio MotorPool is a very active tight knit group
The main display area for MV's and vendors
Saturday 0700 breakfast at the Shiloh American Legion
The guest speaker gave a "freedom isn't free" talk to the hungry campers
Now for Shawshank's dirty pictures
Oops, where did that one come from
Here's the videos and TV coverage the event got locally
Click on "watch video" under the "more story options" then I had to click again because it didn't play, but it can be opened with windows media player. My A2 and I showed up at 49-54 seconds of this first clip

Bikini girls with machineguns Reminds me of a song from back when I was really into punk rock.

Nice. I about spit out my beer when I saw the hot chick picture. Not because of the gaggle of near naked girls, but due to the abohrrent failure to exercize propper muzzle control on the M60.
Thanks for the pics! Oh, by the way, I want an M274. Just thought I'd add that.

Yup...still in shop...
Fourty years ago when I was young and a soldier....and everything I "owned" was either in my pockets, or in my ruck. A new Rolex watch, a new Randall fighting knife, a good Nikon camera and fresh divorce papers...life was good
