Veteran's Day Manchester, GA 6 Nov 2010

Unread post by Ralph Fuller » November 6th, 2010, 3:29 pm

Took my Jeep and some friends with military vehicles to the Manchester, Georgia Veteran's Day Parade. Temperatures were in the 40s so I had my side curtains and doors on. I had to turn the heater off, while all of the open air vehicle riders were a little cold.

Cool picks Ralph, looks like a fun day. Who owns the FAV Black Mutt, that's a Bad-A looking rig. Nice Ambulance also!!

The main "wrench" of the CAMO group owns the FAV. A command sergeant major saw it, and said that he had driven one in Granada when he was a PFC. He said they were all black, had a six man crew and only went out at night. The ambulance is owned by a doctor in the group. He is also a dental surgeon, and an interesting guy. He was a SP5 in Vietnam, got out of the Army, went to college and became a dental surgeon, and then later became a doctor. Oh, yeah..he is a doctor of divinity and can marry folks.
