10 Year Old Granddaughter drives her M151A1

Unread post by Ralph Fuller » August 27th, 2011, 9:03 pm

10 year old granddaughter FINALLY gets to drive her Jeep. She drove it up and down my driveway, and then all over the place.

Does your M151A1 have no turn sigs and a early hood ( M151 type)? When I was 8 my dad taught me to dive the Ford 9N tractor, I was so happy, but I was wrong that was the start. It was the time for me to start disking the fields and a all new list of after school work on the farm. Your Farm looks great so green your kids and grandkid must love it.

Thanks, Pat. I picked up this uncut MUTT for $5K. Has a new top and side curtains. The engine had been rebuilt, and runs great. It has a three-ribbed-hood, early style hand brake and the turn signals had been removed. I'm spending a lot of time in your neck of the woods at Emory Hospital.
I'll be spending 3 weeks there in late September.

I used to work for Dr.Harper ,former head of Hemocology/Oncology. Your in good hands, glad to see your still mutting. I remember when you brought "Ellie" home, you've been busy. It looks as good as the "other" '67

That "other" M151 is my pride and joy. Sometime, when I get back home, I'll hook up both trailers, and take a movie of Ellie and I...in action
