12,500.00! And some really, really inaccurate information on top of that and no title. AND it doesn't run. Holy crap! More money than brains there! 3000,000 for a Sherman sounds low to me but I have no clue what a Sherman is worth.

Thanks for posting that info LTDan , I was interested to know what they would sell for.
I'm happy the prices were a bit high, that keeps them out of the hands of the fools that let them rot in a paddock for years. Most Dodges and Jeeps I get offered are basket cases, in one case 45 in one field but all rusted out. Stupid old $#!t !

Thanks Dan. I have been waiting to see the results. Glad to see I can still buy the Pankerkampfwagen...$1,700,000.00+ didn't take it home!
Some very nice stuff at this auction.

Yeah, you'd think if it won't hold water & won't drive either, all your gonna get is maybe a good power plant and a couple extra wheels, I don't know how they got that much, but if that guy was that hard up to buy something, he should have got in touch with some of us first.... LOL
Mine runs and drives, and I'll throw in a vinyl top and a few extra tires and rims too... for that kind of money... gee wizz. Maybe he got mesmerized by the 6 wheel bug, I don't know....LOL

It's called auction fever, go to any auction and you will see it. look for two people bidding against each other with big wide eyes. Wait till he finds out that the only top for that thing is a tarp.   Unless Dave P. wants to make big bucks on a custom top, looks like he will pay for it Dave.

I don't know anything about the value of tracked vehicles but 43k for a GPW? That is for sure a joke. But maybe good for all of us having already the trucks we want.
