another MUTT ID request

Howdy Folks

Starting a Complete restoration on a A1. Data plates missing, A2 hood is on it, no hood numbers and I have pulled engine with no sight of the body tag.

The tag center of the firewall is there, Ordnance number is 8754459 and BUDD Serial number 64272

Can the year be determined by just that tag?
