I found the original sign when cleaning out a storage shed of a friend whom passed. So I thought I would share with you. As you can see I modified two from the original. If you print it out it will fill the sheet about 75%. If you want a 100% print you will need a program to make it so. Or can take to print shop that can do it for you. I printed mine on card stock then had them laminated.
