I'm looking for an outlet that sells metal working hammers and such for bodywork.
Wife is asking for X-mass presents.
Does she go to an auto body store?

Re: metal working tools
Depends on what quality you want. You can get basic bottom feeder stuff from Harbor Freight cheap, You can get the same bottom feeder stuff expensive at the parts stores. You can go to Eastwood.com and get everything from cheap up to Martin which is what I use. You can get damn near anything here, https://www.autobodytoolmart.com/. If it is full metalworking tools you are looking for then go here, https://www.woodwardfab.com/.
What kind of tools is it you are looking for?
This is a pretty good set for most body work needs. I have several other dollies and a couple slap files but for military vehicle work you are not going to need more than what is in here. https://www.autobodytoolmart.com/martin ... 16366.aspx
Also get this book unless you are already an expert bodyman. It was written in the 30's and is considered required reading for any bodyman apprentice. I still have the book and still look at it occasionally. https://www.autobodytoolmart.com/martin ... 13673.aspx
Just remember to never, EVER, hit anything other than body metal with body hammers! You will ruin them with one hit on a nail or a punch or trying to knock something loose. The Martin hammers with the wooden handles have the perfect bounce back that you need to be able to feel when doing body work. They are also very well balanced which does the same thing.
