Pedal Assembly clutch rod

Unread post by Mark » June 4th, 2018, 6:42 pm

My clutch rod from the under the dash broke, so I thought I'll have to remove the pedal assembly R&R the rod, so here I am gazing at it, then I notice where the rod hooks to the tang, that it is bolted to the pedal assembly. Bingo!! easy fix..remove bolt, tang comes off to attach the clutch rod.On the 151 ten years ago I fixed it the same way, but since then I have caught dementia so my memory is lacking.

That would have been from a LOT of wear between the rod and the Z-bar arm. Didn't you have clutch adjustment issues a while back?
