Re: Army Unit Question
It is great that you are able to track some of this information down. In my case I was surprised when they had a color guard and bugler at my dads funeral. My aunt (his sister) handled the arrangements at his request and she and his remaining brother knew of his military service which I had never been told about. I knew he was in the service and I knew he had TS-1 clearance but I still have never found out what he did. The only way I found out about the clearance was because I had to get the same clearance and questions were asked that I could not answer and he had to fill out a form for them. So I will never know my dads military history.
