Don't have an exact year but it was from a group of early eighties A2's. Needs a bit of body work and a couple new panels.

My A2 was delivered in 1980 or 1981 under the 1979 contract, I will have to say the body is in a little better shape than rickf's mutt

Well.............................. He didn't specify derivable. This one came from a bunch that did include a few complete and very nice ones though. One of which I helped rebuild and has crossed the country several times now in the MVPA convoys.

I could fix that body and it would not be as hard as it may look, there is very little rust. The reason I have not done so is because it was crushed so hard it bent the rear part of the frame down behind the rear differential. Hard enough to have broken two of the mounting ears off of the differential.

Well you can't beat free. I remember M-60 Tanks rolling over these like they were a soda can. What a waste.

Rick, I did not mean to offend you. Heck I would have taken it too (for free). How much time, energy and money would it cost to get that running again.?

If not for the rear frame section I could have it done in a years time. Consider I am disabled and cannot do things as fast or easily as I used to. Most of it is just pushing and pulling the body sections back into their original positions. I actually just put a floor jack on top of the rear wheel hub and a 4x4 on the jack and pushed up the rear wheel wells so I could put tires on the back to make it roll while hanging from the loader. It came up pretty close just doing that. The lower body with the exception of that one rear frame section is fine. It is all the stuff on top.
