rickf,

I had noted once to MrD that my near final post on the other site,
"Technically Speaking, Why Move our Posts?" actually took less
than 3 minutes to be moved, and just a few days to be deleted.
Maybe not a world record, but a surprise to me non the less.
And I meant it to be a serious question End result, I got no reply.
Ahh, the good old days. :D

The G502 is getting stupid, it's almost as if someone wants the M151 to go away all together I swear.

I have had several posts moved and a few deleted for no reason and man if this is not getting stipid!

Who are the moderators and what is their beef on that web page?

Someone had reffered to a nerd type appraoch and now I am starting to believe it myself!

Careful with that analogy Bleddyn, You of all people should know that. Yes, I get the same impressin about wanting us gone. It is a shame since the Gee is the premier MV site. Peope can go there and see anythinng in MV's that they want. The 838 is great for Mutt's but I still go to the 503 for info. Maybe someone who knows Ron personally should give him a call and ask, "Do you want us out of here?". Do not make it confrontational, just pleasently ask.

Guys-
All this 503 talk is really beyond it's shelf life. Continuing to talk 503, and to be surprised by the continued decline of the experience on that site, is tantamount to an abused wife hoping her alcoholic husband will stop beating her. A rough analogy I know but guys if ever the writing on the wall could be more clear.

I recommend drawing the obvious conclusion and filling your duffle bag with your personal effects and relocate to the 838. If you feel disgusted and dissappointed with the 503 leave it. That's what I did.

Also... this site has a techical board too. We undermine this site's utility and usefulness by posting technical questions and information on the 503 and just BS'ing here.

Anyway I just recommend that with the new year rapidly approaching that we turn the page on this thing and put these wasted efforts, that are being spent debating if a horse is dead or not, and make this site everything that it can be. Guys it's right here in front of you... embrace it. If this site were a girl she'd be crawling into your bed with her panties off... stop wondering if she's interested in you

[[If this site were a girl she'd be crawling into your bed with her panties off... stop wondering if she's interested in you ]]
You know Matt, If that saying came from Raymond I could look at his avatar and have good thoughts, coming from you all I can picture is that damn wig!!!!!!!!!    I swear, that image is burned into my brain forever.

I agree, this should become the place for 151 stuff but in saying that, and as much as I hate to say it, this site will have to be moderated sooner or later. I would volunteer for that duty but there needs to be some guidelines. I don't want to be like the other side and just arbitrarily (sp) pick and choose. We also have to decide how long do you let a troll stay before saying enough is enough? This is entirely up to Jim but do it before things get out of control. I am thinking the mod on this site would be a boring job but just in case. The worst thing is users with no name or location. They are annonymous and brave. Of coarse I could say my name is George and I live in Texas but most people know me by now.

As the saying goes, "actions speak louder than words". If in fact true,
the actions I witnessed spoke volumes. It was made clear in personal
PM's and in open forum, that toes were being stepped on and members
were being offended by the actions of the moderators, Ron defended
M.S. Jon would come in and say, "we'll set up what you want" and it didn't
happen. Opinions were asked for and ignored. The actions being taken
continued on G503 only in the M151 area. Those actions continue from what
is happening there still. I ask you rick, do you feel welcome over there?

I still look at he M274 area once a week or so over on G503, and I
see a "Merry Christmas" post there that was never moved. Does that
show impartiality, or just lack of over moderating?

What would be the outcome if the M274 guys came to General Jim
(Moose53) and asked for an area because they felt persecuted
elsewhere? Would he give it to them, knowing they would bring him no
money? Generosity is easy to give at first. Would it dilute this forum,
having other people with other MV interests sharing it with us? Will
Ron systematicly make other groups feel less and less welcome on G503?

Ron reads this board, if he wants you to have answer, he will offer you
one.

Hey Ricardo! When MrDibbles buys his 747 in AZ. we'll get someone to teach him to fly it and they can do landing practice on your cabesa. Could be a potential cure for what makes you so offensive.
