future of this site...

Unread post by moose53 » November 29th, 2007, 1:35 am

I've been watching our old home closely, and it seems we are being watched like hawks there, like they're just waiting on us to screw up.

So, I've decided to purchase a domain and make this a permanent location, in case things degenerate over there and we're kicked to the curb.

You guys are under no obligation, I'm not looking for anyone to leave there, nor do I have any hard feelings for our old home. I was very happy there but recent events have made me feel like we are red-headed stepchildren there and should have a place of our own to call home.

Consider this to be like another military vehicle owners club, where we can all share our enjoyment of our hobby driving and working on our rare and forgotten by most little vehicles.

In the next day or so I will make the changes, which will probably change the web address a little. Once thats done, I hope you will continue to visit, and spread the word to the other guys on our old spot that they are welcome here as well.

Thanks for your support guys...

You're not alone. Hanging out on the G503 now feels like sitting in an all boy's lunchroom at Mormon day camp.

Moose,

This is very cool. I didn't even know they were G838's Never thought about it I guess. The M151 group is a very helpful and interesting bunch of guys, this should be a good place for them to hang-out.

WOWZA!!!! Jim: Thanks for the new site. The Gestapo has taken control of the 503. I know that's a bad word but I'm glad this site is up and running. I hate being monitored like a small child. Somehow I think we can all figure out where we want to post things.

As a fairly new member I was getting pretty annoyed with the police action at the other site.
