Happy Anniversary G838.org!

Postby moose53 on November 25th, 2009, 3:33 am

Hey all,

Today marks the second anniversary of the G838.org website! I have renewed us for another two years already. I am thrilled to note that activity on the site has remained pretty level the entire time, and we continue to slowly grow day by day. The site has improved over time, mainly due to the efforts and good will of you, our membership, who provide the expertise and cameraderie that make this the premier site for anyone interested in the M151 Jeep. Special thanks to Horst for maintaining our wiki in so fine a manner, to RickF for answering carb questions over and over again, Ken the Muttguru for his extensive research and info, and to my moderators who help defend our site against the onslaughts of spammers and other ne'er do wells.... I couldn't do this without them. Finally, thank you so much to everyone who posts their pictures, questions, advice, and even random comments for thats what makes this a site worth visiting! As we set out on our third year I'm sure we'll just get even better!

Kind Regards
Jim

CONGRATULATIONS to each and everyone on our 2nd anniversary, especially to you Jim! It wouldn't be possible without your concept and of course to the moderators who shares the workloads on maintaining the site 8)
We already knew that this is the ultimate M151 site, we’re gaining international membership and I hope that some other nationalities who shared the same passion will chine-in

Thanks and happy birthday Moose and all the support staff :!: This site enhances the Mutt ownership experience and is a fantastic resource for anyone owning a Mutt, especially those without a lot of mechanical experience. I would have been lost without it and all the great input received from many of the G8 members. Heck of a lot of fun too

Happy anniversary and best regards for designing and sustaining a superb interactive website. Hope you continue for more than another 2 years. I can truthfully say that all of the members I have met have been interesting and enjoyable to meet. Keep the mutt's motoring.
