Help Needed for an Ebay Item

Hi Guys.

I found this bracket mount on ebay with a buy it now option of $18. The problem is, I'm excluded from buying as the item is not for sale
to bidders outside of US. I have contacted the seller 3 times with no luck. I have previously bought a detector mount bracket from him
with no problems. I'm not sure what the problem is this time as he has not contacted me yet.

If you have an ebay and paypal account, I'd appreciate it if you bought this item on my behalf and ship it to my sister in California. I can pay with paypal.

Steve has bought it and just and he is just awaiting for the invoice.
By the way here is a pic of the item from ebay. I believe it is the bracket that encloses the DS2 decon bottle.
