Stopped at the CMD display at Findlay, Ohio today. Looking at the panels on display, they are absolutely beautiful repros.

Made some progress on the full side panel. Wanted to attempt to duplicate the original look of the stamped part as much as possible. The area shown was my concern as when these are made with sharp radii they stick out a mile away. I was happy with my first attempt.

Getting back to working on the full side panels. Need to make some tooling for the lower radius pieces.

The dies for the side panel corner radius piece were finished today. Have not tried yet but these should do the trick.

Here is the first attempt. Need to add some material to the bottom flange but overall the part came out very nice.

Very nice and like TJ said, that will sell as a patch panel alone.
