We ran the first set of A1 rear fender supports today on our Amada C1 laser:

Driver side is the same as the 151, passenger side is different as it requires clearance for the black out light.

Here is the first set of 151 fender supports with the stiffener beads. Because of the flanges / bends around the beads the results were better than expected based on previous samples. We'll get into the A1 passenger side next week. I've sent out a request for quote for a progressive rib tool (C1 Laser) for the Dash Bead as the hand bead roller will not be able to duplicate to the level of quality I want.

As some of you know my 151 project drives (at times) what parts we make. So, that being said I'm going to make the toe boards next. I made one for my truck when I first started the project and long before I was making parts to factory specs. At the time I only did the passenger side and now I'm at the point where I need the finish the drivers side toe board. So, if I copy what I did on the passenger side it will be a one off for several reasons and not an accurate part for CMD to sell. At this point it does not make sense for me to put the time into a one off part. The catch? I'll have to remove what I already replaced on mine. Not a 5 min job! However, its the right thing to do for the replacement parts project. A few extra days work on my project won't kill me. Stay tuned.

Passenger side toe board is at programming, tooling quote for A2 style rear fender supports is in, manufacturer is concerned with the depth of rib and will not guarantee results so going to think about that one before we drop the money for the tooling. A1 rear fender passenger side support test piece is made, need to do some tweaks but we're close. How's everyone else's day going? :D

if you continue like this, maybe you should make a list of what you don't have ;)

I wonder how long ( or better how soon) it will take to see frame rails and front cross members...
