SIGN IN A WINDOW

"WE WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH

1000 TERRORISTS

THAN WITH ONE SINGLE AMERICAN SOLDIER!"

This sign was prominently displayed in the window of a business in Philadelphia . You are probably outraged at the thought of such an inflammatory statement.
However, we are a society which holds Freedom of Speech as perhaps our greatest liberty.

And after all, it is just a sign.

You may ask what kind of business would dare post such a sign.

Answer:

A Funeral Home
(Who said morticians had no sense of humor?)

Someone just emailed me this, I don't know if it's true.

OK since we are on this subject here is one that is not funny, I pissed me the F-off to be honest.

I son found this and said Dad you can do magic with this crap!

As everyone who knows me knows, I was wounded and nearly killed in IRAQ by a IED and I was in a wheel chair for a year learning to walk again.

When I first saw this picture I nearly blew a gasget.

I agree FREEDOM OF SPEECH is one of our most cherished rights but this to me was just wrong.

I did not put my life on the line and in harms way for 3 decades for this country to see this type of abuse, this to me was as bad a the Vietnam War Protesters back in the day.

This is so vile it makes we want to punch someone in the mouth to be honest.

We have the Religious bigot position crossing the events of 9-11 with homosexuality...WHAT???

This Gay hater standing on the American Flag that made me Irate enough as that Flag is the Symbol of our Nation, and then the sweet smiling young girl Holding signs proclaiming in a sense that God supports IED's to kill American Troops.

This is as Anti American as I have ever seen in my life.

Whats even more sad they are childre/pre-teens that has no concept of thier actions except for what thier misguided parents, school and church had tought them.

Some people just need to get a life and if they can find it then go to another country or planet becuase it might be there.

Are those the nitwits that would protest at the funirals of dead service men? I think they have had they're chain pulled real hard...The bikers were starting to take care of them the last I heard.

I saw a TV report on that individual whose church members are shown in that pic. It was really disturbing to see how he has brainwashed thhem and the pure hate he shows those he dieagrees with.

The Bible does condemn homosexuality, but it also condemns greed, pride, hate, overindulgence, and many other sins. The message of salvation is our way out of those sins...whatever they are. WE all sin.. none is perfect, or completely good. Picking on one particular group of folks who happen to practice one particular sin is stupid. ..Iti is as silly as sitting outside the grand buffet with signs saying God hates overeaters! Death to the fat!

I'm just glad that bonehead didn't decide to pick on us Mutt owners instead. Somedays I feel dangerously close to blowing the first commandment with my jeeps.

Well at least you folks do not have to live in the same city as that silly protester. For years that is all our local newspaper has talked about. I do believe in freedom of speech, but not defamation of our dear brother and sister milipersons and veterans. He actually has a walled compound around his church, sort of like what the old cavalry forts used to be. Anyway enough of my 3 cents worth on Mr Fred Phelps and cult.

Just don't drive your MV to close to them when they are picketing. They have been known to throw things to provoke an inicedent. (They threw a tennis ball at my windsheild and claimed it was an accitdent).
