They send a confirmation e mail confirming that they received the order, which is automated, then nothing else. I also would like e mail saying when the order has shipped and also by who and a tracking number, but in the few orders I have had with them, they don't seem to do it. Also on the on line order it does not add any shipping and it comes in a later invoice by mail or shows up on your credit card billing, wish they would up date the way they do things. The few orders I have had with them they have been very prompt. Larry

I have to work from 8-5 and rarely get time to use the phone when at work.. I've talked to them on email but they haven't responded to my order conformation email yet.

I didn't see Beltfed yet waiting to hear from him if he would mind if I came out on a Sunday or not.. if not it will have to be after work on my motorcycle and in the heat from down town Austin to his place.

called TNJ today.. just an FYI you do get a email conformation when you order online..
but if you don't put the email in correctly you don't get it.. cursed dyslexic fingers
