I put 151 only BUT that should also include 416 trailers and as I said in the other post, things directly related to doing a 151 restoration. Example, building a rotisserie.

Just put in my vote. While it is the G838 it should be the whole family (M718, M151A1C, ...) with the M416 trailer and its variants (lamp pole, ...). And finally the tools needed for a restoration.

I guess I wasn't the only person to ask the question. Anyway I voted for all MV related restorations because some members here own other vehicles. Some of these folks would like to own one of these jeeps but can't for whatever reason. Sure they can post over at the mega forums but most members here feel more at home on this forum because there is more of a brotherly bond here amongst m151 owners. We have members on this site who have restored or are in the process of restoring another type of military vehicle. Watching the process involved in the restoration of other vehicles can benefit our members in their own restorations. In the past these individuals would like to have shared their experience here but couldn't. Now there is an opportunity, if members here agree to it. I realize there already is a section to post photos of anything but that area doesn't seem appropriate to post restorations of other vehicles.

just my $.02

Although I do like looking at some of the other MV projects that you guys are dabbling in, 'Think the new forum like the rest of the site, should be G838 family of vehicles (including M416 trailers) specific.

I voted for M151 related but think that cousins are still related. If you think it's related then post it.

The vote is unusually specific, that is to say M151, M416. That is how I voted, never the less the intent would and should cover all the variants, both the 151 and the 416. I’m sure not many people would belabor that point.

I do like to see the progress of other military vehicles being restored; we can all glean the so called tricks of the resto-process. They might be better placed through out the forum. As far as this specific title “Restoration Projects”, I’ll stick with how I voted, strictly 151 related.

"only m151 related projects"
I take this to include, all vareants of all models, and all trailers, and all equipment used with and attached to the M151 Mutts.
The, "restoration", of the Radio's, Trailers, Weapons/Mounts ect.ect. I think everyone is overlooking a few key words here, it is the "Restoration" section, of the "M151's and related" projects. I may not have worded this very well but, it's not a hard thing to understand what we are trying to set up, I think everyone here knowes that we will not delete anything without talking about it first. Just my .02 :)

Well said Mr. R.. And I seriously doubt we would delete anything at all, move it maybe, but it will only be deleted for drastic reasons. You already know the limits there.
