One another forum, we have just gone through the sad news of fellow restorer dying as a result of 3rd degree burns when his clothing caught fire while grinding. We have only one body and, despite reckless disregard for our mortality, one healthy life. Let's play safe here boys.



I was thinking the very same thing not long ago when looking at a post where someone was grinding and the sparks were bouncing off of the gas tank! I can assure you that these old tanks are not real well sealed.
Safety above all else.
