Have you been sand blasting any of the parts before sending for powder coating ?

they've done the blasting on the bigger parts, I've done some of the smaller parts in my blast cabinet. Alot more cost effective having them do it with the size of their blaster than doing it yourself.

If I had a second jeep I would paint it tan. Great looking work.

Be sure to get your slave outlet in before the heater. You cannot do it afterwards.

no heater, no slave rect. Has heater, has slave.

I would not put any of it in. Heater is useless without full top and costs way too much legroom. But I say this because mine doesn't have any.

Well after a week of working on it in the evening for a few hours and most of a Sunday the slave recpt. and heater are in, only took the hide off the back of one hand reaching around under the dash. Started it back up after 3 months of rebuilding

hook the heater hose up first before trying to put the duct on for the defrost

the defrost duct what a bitch

Image
lifted it up and got a couple of the screws started wasn't to much of a bitch, ammo can helped hold it up

Image
new windshield and gasket's, little tight getting the pins in

Image
New seat cushions for weebee webbing, top and doors are ordered hope to get them soon

Image
hood is on

Image
still have to get a front end alignment and lots of small stuff, Army bumper will replace the USMC one

Very, very nice job. I am especially impressed given the tight workspace you have. Pls keep posting as you wrap it up.
