thanks Sam, now for the hard part disassembly of the rear and sandblasting before installation. your parts are packed and hopefully shipped tomorrow depending on how much sleep I get after night shift ...I call when there shipped...more pic's soon!

Rear panel dry fitted and just need some cleanup around the tail light area.

Back is sandblasted, reinforced, primed and por-15 inside all the channels for pre assembly

The 16 Ga panels I made pre final dry fit

Lower inner panel in place and tail lights installed to line up the buckets.

Rear outer panel and tail fender inplace.I did not go to the top of the tire mount with the panel because the original was in great shape.

new fender top joined to new kit fender and new side panel.The flange join going across the fender top will be filled with lead...old school along with all my flange joins on the side panels

I cut the original flanged end off the kit fender and under lapped the remainder to the 16 Ga panel after I flanged it in the bead roller.
