That's some kick butt work there!!! Looks like you know what you're doing!

Here is an inner fender peice which had to be replaced
Image

Then chopped out
Image
then new peice placed
Image
then welded in
Image
This is the inside of my new side panel before welding in.I step rolled the bottom side panel so I olny had a seam on the out side and the back is double plated for strength.
Image
The conner peice I have to make is very small doing it this way.I dident like the original bend on the bottom because they dent in no time! so it's overlaped 16 ga.Gonna need it with the terrain in newfoundland.
Image
this is where I tied in the rear fender lid with the side panel.

this is the new underbody tied into inner rear fender and side panel

I was going to do the floor in 18 Ga till I found these 16 Ga pans, but beadrolling the stamps in the floor in 16 Ga was very hard.

This is the tj murray extension caps for the rear underbody panel I made from scratch.I've been thinking of doing a run of few if anyone may be interested? in 16 Ga or I may do a few complete one peace inner rears.

This is how they assemble, they are srunk and strecthed on the bottom and steped on the back and spot welded then the fronts are embossed around the light unit area...then the gap is filled in the front and cleaned.

This is the back panel before I ran the final weld. the panel is made of 16 Ga which is very time consuming to shrink and stretch ...but when is finished it won't dent easy! .I'll post pic's next week when I install it.
