Well I went to take the MUTT to my local VFW when the circuit breaker started tripping. I look behind the instrument panel and the are wires are black and smoking. So far i pulled the harness off of the other jeep. Cant decide if to put that harness on or just buy a new harness.

No haven't had the time but um just wondering if it would be worth it to get a new harness

If this is an A2 then harness's are available for reasonable prices but if it is an A1 then you are very limited. About the only place is Vintage Wiring of Maine. I have heard they changed hands but I doubt if the prices came down. You are looking at 1200.00 plus.
