Okay I missed something on the generator, is mine a 60 amp? I only have the 2 grove pulley (It is missing a chunk and I need a new one) I have a NOS 2 belt matched set to install when I get a new pulley. The extra powerpack I have has the 3 grove pulley and is missing the generator. Thanks for telling me about the diameter difference, I was going to use it.
I unpacked the fording kit today and then looked at the directions in the TM. The kit does not have the master cylinder cap and vent. The packing list does not show those parts. I have an extra cap, is the cap just drilled and tapped for the vent line?
Also I need to find a later model air intake cap because mine is the wire mesh style.
I tried to take off the rear shackle mounts under the bumperettes but I can not get to the back side with a wrench or socket worth a darn. Looks like I will torch them off.

I removed it and took off the access cover. What a rusty sludge filled mess inside. The fuel smells like turpentine. The tank does not leak so I was thing about going the POR 15 fuel tank clean, etch and seal route. I cant find anyone local who chem dips and seals. Any I deas?
I am ordering rolls of steel brake, vent and fuel line and I will form my own. The existing vent lines are copper and have been abused. A previous owner ran all rubber fuel line so that got yanked out today too.\
I removed the wiring harnesses front and rear leaving the generator to regulator intact (It is in good shape)
I will keep yall posted on progress.
