rubber boot for clutch rod

Unread post by Rossco » July 5th, 2017, 6:31 am

Kia Ora and greetings from NZ

This this will seem like an odd request but can someone tell me if the rubber boot on the firewall - where the clutch rod from the clutch pedal attaches to the 'Z' shaft - is the same as the rubber boot on the bell housing where the rod from the 'Z' shaft connects to the the clutch? from some of the lists provided by parts supplers it looks like the same part number?
So I am having trouble ordering the right part??

Thanks

As per the parts manual, they are both the same number. #3 Bellow which consists of a round bellow type rubber piece and a metal ring that goes with it. Last ones I ordered were from army jeep parts...

Kia Ora Mr recovery

Thanks for the very kind offer re assistance with delivery to NZ . To date my experience with purchases made from US parts suppliers has been very positive with everything purchased arriving in my PO Box.
Mail/freight between the USA and New Zeland works really well as we the have multiple daily flights in both directions mainly to west coast destinations with a recent service by Air New New Zealand to Huston. I find Freight costs can be variable, generally USPost global priority bag/boxes work really well and are very reliable and cost effective.
