Depending on thermostat 160 to 180 degrees.
Beyond that , start looking for problems.

The original thermostat would have been 160 degrees but it is common to replace that with a 180 degree thermostat. The hotter thermostat will help to eliminate the flat spot common to these engines and also help to vaporize condensation out of the oil.
