Well, a day in the garage is always a good day. A learning experience as well. I finished the rear brakes, supports, etc. Friday will bring the son in law over to help replace some cranky brake lines and hoses, then bleed the brakes.
After finishing the rears today, a nagging thought was rattling around in my head and I decided to pull the front wheels off and double-check that work done earlier. Of course, the lessons continued, as the seals on the front needed tweaking from the first install I did.
But, with all said and done today, the A2 is sitting on new tires backed by completely new brakes, bearings, bushings, steering and shocks. Even the rims are NOS.
Anything further will go over to the restoration page that I have there. I really appreciate the assistance from the G!
