Data Plate Inspection Stamp.

Unread post by redcoat54th » July 15th, 2018, 7:19 pm

Has anyone replicated the inspection stamp on the vehicle data plate. I am going to make a new one up to match my hood numbers. Bob

What vehicle do you have? The A2's did not get the inspection stamp. And what do you mean to match your hood numbers? The stamp was a unique design.

You do realize that Army and Marines used totally different number systems don't you? You can have one or the other. I am not sure if the Marine inspectors stamp was the same as the Army. Ken the Muttguru would know.

Ken filled me in on the numbers thats why I need to make a correct plate. It is a Y cut mutt so the BUDD tag is toast. Bob
