Hood Stencil??

I'm slaving on the hood, spent a few hours sanding and priming and sanding yesterday.

There was a "safety" warning stenciled under the hood that goes like this :

*** *** SECURE HOOD
***SED ******** ****
SERVICE E***** **???

What should be there?

Chris: Here is an older military hood.

This is a newer premier hood restoration by Mr. Dibbles. I believe he used Rick Larsen for his decal's and or paint mask.
