I have a fresh new depot rebuilt differential to install in my M151A2. Going to install in the rear position.
It was shipped dry. I remember reading a tech thread once about what was the right or wrong type of commercially available oil to put into the differential, but can not remember what type was mentioned. I seem to remember there was mention of a wrong type to use that would damage the gears, but can not remember details.
Looking for a refresher course in not screwing up my new differential.

You cannot do anything wrong with the differentials in respect to oil. Any good 80/90 W will do. The transmission is the one to be sure to use the right oil, only GL4 spec is allowed here.
