STE/ICE-R test unit - ever use one?

Unread post by m151dave » February 5th, 2008, 1:44 am

Has anybody ever actually used an STE/ICE-R test unit on a Mutt?

Does it actually have value added to tuning the Mutt or is it more trouble than it is worth?

Difficult to use on the mutt?

Inquiring minds want to know! I see them on epay all the time, but have never met anybody who has actually ever used one. Would love to meet someone who has...

There isn't anything that you cant do with separate pieces of test equipment. It is just more convenient to do it with a common piece of equipment.

I recently did an RPM / Vacuum test with the box and it was really slick. Simple voltage/ current tests are easy to perform.

If you have one try and use it. It's a little to get used to but not that hard.

Just bought the computer based unit and can't wait to get it going.
